If we can help out someone on this website even if we are not a moderator should we? I noticed some of the people are using it to get the work shown for them.

You may not want to be part of this website. I mean Gene, PKA, Stapel are all great at helping. But there are some people on here who like to cause problems as from what you saw today.

SOme people do come on here for the answers, but some really and truely are not just trying to take a hand out. A few are my classmates. So I know. Just do what you think is right Frogger!

You're all CONNECTED. YOUR CLAIMS ARE BASELESS. You just admitted it. END OF STORY.

TO Frogger888

Frogger888,as I understand the site’s rules, anyone is welcome to post a reply. It may be help to get started, a suggestion, a hint or even a correction to someone else’s reply. Most of us, not all, do not like to give complete solutions. That is especially true if the poster has supplied no evidence of his/her own work. So yes, post help.

By all means, if you know the material and feel comfortable helping a student work through the concepts, please do! The "moderators" are just users who have been tapped by the Admin to provide some extra help. Anybody can be a "tutor"; you don't have to have special ranking or be a college professor or anything. You just need the mathematical background, the time, and willingness to help.

There are few better ways to confirm your own understanding than to help guide somebody else through the learning process.

Thank you.

Eliz.

...and don't feel bad if you are corrected from time to time.

Do your best and learn with the rest of us.
