I'm using a math symbol in a design, but I'm not sure what symbol is correct or translates better?

Should I use the equal to symbol or the congruent symbol for
(I am both a Man and a Provider)

I am =
I am

Equal to means identical to, the same in every way.
While congruent means similar to or in agreement with something, so that the two things can both exist or can be combined without problems.
You need to decide what exactly what you mean.
