Question about math biology

What is the condition for an equilibrium of the system described by a differential equation?

So, I know this is someone else's post, but I want to know about this as well. Would dN be divided by dt?

the problem is in calculus - well beyond Algebra 1.

,[dN/dt] has a different meaning here! You will know about those AFTER you complete. Algebra II & pre-calculas .
