I need help proving this identity, I haven't done this in over a year =[

(sin x)(sec x) = tan x

Two of the basic reciprocal identities include...
\(\displaystyle \sec x = \frac{1}{\cos x}\) and

\(\displaystyle \tan x = \frac{\sin x}{\cos x}\)

Corrected, thanks to mmm4444bot.

Loren meant to type the identity for sec(x).

\(\displaystyle sec(x) \; = \; \frac{1}{cos(x)}\)
