Let's say there is a tournament with 32 teams, so there will be 16 matches in this round.

Let's say 15 teams are from the same country.

In this round, make one draw and what is the probability or odds that these 15 teams not draw with the team from the same country?

And what is the formula /calculation method should?

How many ways can you draw 2 teams from 32 teams (without restriction)

1 way to draw, like taking out the ball from the draw box, no restrictions.

I read from the internet with similar questions but no sure if the methods are correct

One method is 15/32= approx 0.5^16

Another method is 15/32, 14/30, 13/28.....15 probabilities multiple.

Have you been taught permutation and combination?
 
I dont know what am I doing, just guess, please correct me

1st match draw - the odds of same country team of drawing team from same country = 15/32 = 0.47 (15 same country teams and 32 teams in total)
2nd match draw - 14/30 = 0.47 (14 same country teams and 30 teams remain in total)
3rd match draw - 13/28 = 0.46 (13 same country teams and 28 teams remain in total)

So on
12/26 = 0.46
11/24 =0.46
10/22 = 0.45
9/20 = 0.45
8/18 = 0.44
7/16 = 0.44
6/14 = 0.43
5/12 = 0.42
4/10 = 0.4
3/8 = 0.4
2/6 = 0.3
1/4 = 0.25

All these 15 probabilities multiply = 0.0000019073 (1 in 1000000)?
 
15/32= approx 0.5^16
15/32 is close to 1/2. Do you really think that (1/2)(1/2)(1/2)....(1/2) [16 times] is close to 1/2.
All you have to do is read what you write and think if it can really be true.
