Would someone help me interpret this PI in plain English for a regression class I'm taking.
we're comparing normal students to remedial students' test scores across 50 schools, the we're asked to interpret the info for an individual school
The questions asks: normal students in school A got a a 76% average on their test, so predict the scores for remedial students
Fitted value: 52
PI: [26, 77]
Is it correct to say that "if general students score 76%, we'd expect the class of remedial students at school to have an average score of 52%. We're 95% confident that the remedial students at school A will on average score between 26% and 77% on the next test"?
