pre calculus trig help! (sin2x)

sin(x) = 5/13, x is in quadrant 1

find sin2x, cos2x, and tan2x

please help! i have tried all of the identities and still can’t seem to get the answer correct. Thank you!
- i understand the quadrant gives us the positive and negative values, but I don’t seem to be getting the actual value of sin2x, cos2x, and tan2x correct

Have you found \(\cos(x)\)?

Have you learned the double-angle identities? They let you find trig functions of 2x when you know trig functions of x, so they are the obvious identities to use.

At any rate, please show us your work, so we can see where you might be going wrong.
