Pre-Calculus.. Graphing! PLEASE HELP!

Hi, I'm really having trouble graphing these two equations:

x^2+y^2= 25

and

(x+1)^2+(y-3)^2=16


Any help would REALLY be appreciated! Thanks! =)

Soon you will recognize those equations quicker than you recognize your teacher.

The first is a circle of radius 5 centered at the origin
The second is a circle of radius 4 centered at P(-1,3)

Ahh I was trying to make it much more difficult than it actually was. I feel so stupid..
I didn't recognize it as an equation to a circle because it was with a bunch of other graphs and I just got really confused. Thanks a lot!
