In exercises, 49-56, use synthetic division to show that x is a zero of the third-degree polynomial equation, and use the result to factor the polynomial completely. List all real zeros of the function.

49. Polynomial Equation: x^3 - 7x + 6 = 0 Value of x: x = 2

I know how to do synthetic division, but im not sure that i understand the instructions. Any help will be appreciated.

Set it up with the coefficients. 1, 0, -7, 6
Pull down the first and you're on your way.
