Points on a plane and finding perimeter

Points D(-4, 6), E(5, 3), and F(3, -2) are the vertices of triangle DEF. Find the perimeter of the triangle.

There is no picture for this assignment but I drew one on graph paper.

I have no clue where to start.

Hmm... It sounds like they forgot to cover the Distance Formula before they assigned questions on it! :shock:

Plug the pairs of points into the Distance Formula to find the length of each side. Then add the three lengths to find the perimeter.
