Can someone explain me this one? This one of the plugging in the answer questions :)7B04C3CA-A0BE-4870-843D-D122F45017B9.jpeg

You can use the choices.
A=1: 1*1*1 = 45 no!
B=3: 3*3*3 = 27 <45 so using integers less than 3 will not work.
C=5: Well 5*9 = 45 and 9 = 3*3. Hmm will that work?
D=9: Again, 9*5=45 and also 9*5*1 = 45. Maybe??
E = 15: 15*3 = 45 and 15*3*1 = 45. Maybe?

This problem has got me confused. Maybe the OP can rescue me?

To aiwil123, please tell us why you have so little concern for the helpers (who are not paid) that you posted an unreadable image?
Have you so little concern for us that you simply do not care?
If so, why should we help?

Let's make it readable; I get the impression that the phone app makes it hard to do that:

Of course, this could more easily just have been typed in ...

But what do you mean by "plugging in"? I'm not sure what you're thinking?

I suspect that plugging in means to use the choices to find the answer--please see my post #5.

45 factors as 1(3)(3)(5). That is four integers and we want just 3. We need to multiply two of those factors together.

We can write 45 as 3(3)(5) or (1)(9)(5) or (1)(3)(15). Which of those add to 15?
