It looks very much like you need to re-read/study (carefully) your course notes for the whole of this topic!
We can't teach you a whole course in quadratic equations in this forum; we only offer "help" on specific difficulties (the clue is in the name of the forum ).
Show us your (written) attempt* at each of the questions and point out exactly where you are having any difficulties; we may then be able to help you. (Nobody in here will just do the work for you!)
*An uploaded picture of your handwritten workings will suffice.
On the first attachment, you should know that the standard form of a quadratic equation is:-
[math]ax^2+bx+c[/math]
and you should be able to factorize that (where factorization is possible) and also expand the brackets of a quadratic expression into its standard form.
For example...
Expanding brackets:-
[math](x-2)(x+3)=x^2+3x-2x-6=x^2+x-6\text{ (in the form }ax^2+bx+c)[/math]
and (in the inverse operation; ie: factorization)
[math]x^2+5x+6\text{ may be factorized to: }(x+2)(x+3)[/math]
