It looks initially like there isn't enough information, doesn't it? But if you try solving it, perhaps taking one of the radii as a variable and writing expressions for the areas, you'll find that the result is independent of the variable.

Just try it and see! Never give up just because you don't see everything that's going to happen ahead of time; math is an adventure!
