Please Help

What help do you need? Please show what you have done and where you are stuck.

For example, have you noticed the isosceles triangle hidden in there?
 
At FMH we prefer students to solve their own problem with some help from the forum's helpers. In order for that to happen you need to be involved and that can only happen if you post an updated graph with some more angles and possible congruent sides tex. We would love to hear what you have to offer. Thanks.
