A long-distance phone call costs $1.11 for the first minute and .97 for each additional minute or portion thereof. Write an inequality representing the number of minutes a person could talk without exceeding $6.

I just need to know the steps in figuring this problem out, like how it should be set up.

How much is one minute?

How much is two minutes?

How much is three minutes?

How much is four minutes?

Keep going, until you determine the pattern in your computations. Use this pattern to figure out the expression for "x" minutes. Then set this expression "less than or equal to" "6".
