The English translation is:

and the translation for the text just above the table is: Bottle size in liters

Can anyone help and let me know how to get the answer?

I don't see a question here. What is it you are expected to find? As far as I can tell, the paragraph just explains what the table is about, and is not asking a question.

Please state in your own words what it means, and what you want to know, in addition to where you need help.

It appears that the table is saying that a 1-liter bottle holds 200 liters of gas. I take it to mean that the gas in the bottle, under pressure, expands to the indicated volume at normal pressure.

The translation is good, until you changed "nedan:" to "nedan?".

Changing that colon into a question mark does not turn the given statement into a question.
