Please help me with this thing. I'm so frustrated I can't understand propositional logic

Do you know the meaning of those symbols? What does your class-notes say?

I was not familiar with the down-arrow in logic, but I see that it means "nor", so that p ↓ q ≡ ¬(p ˅ q) .

If you don't know how to get started, just replace "p" in what I just wrote with "(p ∧ q)".

Otherwise, please show what you have tried, and tell us what properties you have learned. (Were you taught any properties of nor? We can help best if we know what you do understand.
