Where am I going wrong with question c. I got the answer first time in (a) but from then on I can’t get any answer correct. If you have any tips for (b) it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

In the context of this set of question (b),

the slope of the tangent = 5/12

Now it is very similar to (a). Please share your work.....

here is my work for (b). The answer is supposed to be 5x-12y+61=0 and 5x-12y-43=0
