There are 15 questions here, if I've counted right. You've shown no work, just your answers; showing work would make it easier for us to spot errors without having to solve all the problems from scratch. And giving the subject(s) covered in the title would have made it easier to decide whether to bother looking. (They include matrices, derivatives, and probability.)Hi guys, i prepare an entry exam and i did this MCQ. Could you check if my answers are right if it doesn't take too much of your time, thanks a lot !
Thanks for your answer. For problem 4, i found 1/2.matrix {{1,0},{-1, 2}}, that's why i put "None of the proposed answers". I didn't catch that it was equal to -1/2.matrix {{-1,0},{1, -2}}. So correct one is answer 1.I looked at three easy ones. Your two answers on page 1 match mine.
I don't agree with your answer for the second exercise on page 2. Check the signs in your arithmetic. Please start a new thread on the Intermediate Algebra board, if you would like to discuss that exercise.
We can type simple matrices by listing rows like this:
M = [[2,0] [1,1]]
A = [[-1, 1/2, 3] [4, 15, -6] [7, 3/7, 9/7]]
