Question 1. There are 48 cards in the deck; 8 of the 48 are aces. I am dealt 12 cards of the 48. None of my 12 cards are an ace. What are the odds?

Question 2 What are the odds of that happening twice in a row?

Thanks

Do you know the difference between - "odds" and "probability"?

What are the definitions of "odd" and "probability" according to your textbook (or class-notes)/

First, are you studying probability, or do you know nothing about it? That can make a difference in how we help.
