What is the equation of the line containing the point (1, -2) and perpendicular to the line y=-3x+7?

I worked it out to y=1/3x-7/3 but the answer key says 1/(3x)-7/3. This is from a sat practice book so I'm wondering if this is an answer key error or am I doing something wrong?

If the answer key has the x in the denominator, as you show, then this is a typo, as this would not create a straight line.

Equation is y = (1/3)x - 7/3 : answer key is kaput!
