percentages problem

A school estimates that it sells calculators to about 30% of its Year 11 students.
Calculate the number of calculators the school should order, rounding your answer sensibly, if there are 295 Year 11 students at the school.

The answer says 90 or 100. Can you please tell why....

295 * .30 = 88.5

Rounded up to multiple of 10: 90

I guess 100 is "to play it safe"!
