Hi everyone,
Firstly, apologies in advance if this is in the wrong section - I'm no expert when it comes to maths so I just presumed that putting it into intermediate algebra would be most appropriate.
Anyway, I am currently studying on a 2-year course at university. The first year is worth 25% of the overall grade and the second year 75%. I achieved 58% in the first year, what would I need to achieve in the second year in order to attain 60% overall ?
I've spend hours googling/trying to work it out and it's really frustrating me now because it seems like it should be so simple. If anyone could work it out AND show the formula they used that would be really helpful.
Thanks in advance guys![Wink ;) ;)](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)
