It's not easy to visualize, so I would make four copies of the pattern and trace each of the four units shown onto one of them. (That is, mark out where the boundaries are.) Then see if neighboring parts of the pattern can be obtained by rotations or translations.
Or, maybe you have learned some specific techniques, such as facts about symmetry, that might be useful for answering the question more quickly. Let us know what you have learned that might apply.
