First one... if A(0,0), B(3,3), C(9,3), D(6,0) are the vertices of a quadrilateral, do the points form a para? Why??

2. A para has vertices E(-2,-2), F(4,-1),G(1,1), H(7,2).what are the coordinates of the midpoint of each diagonal?

Okay, so for the first one: What is the definition of a parallelogram? In other words, what are the requirements for a quadrilateral to be a parallelogram? When you plot the four given points and connect them with line segments, what does the graph look like? Does it meet the the requirements to be a parallelogram?

For the second one: What is the definition of a diagonal of a quadrilateral? What is the definition of the diagonal of a parallelogram? Are they different? Why or why not? Plot the points and draw the graph for this one too. What do you think the diagonals of this parallelogram might be? What do you think the midpoint should be? Is there perhaps a formula you know that can help you figure out if your guess was correct? (Hint: Yes, there is)
