I just want to make sure that my son is on the right track. Below is the problem, and I want to make sure that he is doing it correct.
A pan balance shows 18 + 4 = 22. If 6 units are removed from one side, what needs to be done to keep the pans balanced?
His answer is remove 6 units from the other side. Is he correct?
