PA Math question example for my interview.

Please help me work this out so I can practice other ones. I haven't done word problems or this kind of math in quite some time.

You have 200 pickers coming in tonight planned at a rate of 95. You have 38 sorters plan to come in. You need to plan to pack at a rate of 180. How many Packers will you need and at what rate will the sort team need to sort at?

Context might help, too. What is "PA Math"? All I find is math standards for Pennsylvania.

If the problem itself doesn't identify the units used for rates (items per picker per hour?), or describe how the different kinds of work are related, you'll have to tell us.
