Optimization: A cone-shaped drinking cup, maximum capacity

I don't know where to start with this question

A cone-shaped paper drinking cup is made by removing a sector from a disk of radious r, and then joining the two straight edges. Find the maximum capacity of such a cup.

is this like a " what's the largest cone that can be inscribed in a circle" question?
