What are the "rules"?

I guess that the numbers need to stay in the given order ...

Are you allowed to use any operators (+ — × /) as much as you like?

Can you use parentheses?

I see a way that uses one minus sign (between two numbers placed inside of parentheses), and the rest are all multiplication signs.
