I'm quite fond of Desmos' graphing calculator. For parametric equations, you can't directly enter them, but it's not too complicated. For instance, if you wanted to graph a simple circle, x(t) = sin(t), y(t) = cos(t), you'd enter: (sin(t), cos(t)). Then you can adjust the domain as desired.
