Hi,

I am stuck on another limit problem:

lim as t->(-1) of
((4t^2 + 5t - 3)^3) / ((6t-5)^4)

I did substitution and came up with an answer of -64/14,641

The back of the book says the answer is just -64.

Did I do something wrong or is there a mistake in the back of the book.

Thanks in advance,
Paul

If you have posted the problem correctly - then you are correct.

The book probably solved a problem where the denominator was (6t + 5)[sup:1f2avy69]4[/sup:1f2avy69]
