What is the oddest prime of them all?
One might say two since it is the only even prime, it gets rid of the most numbers in The Sieve of Eratosthenes, it is the first number in the first pair of the set of twin primes, ...

No, the first number in the first pair of the set of twin primes is three.
The larger number in a pair of twin primes is always two more than the smaller number.

In any case, 2 is the only prime p for which p+1 is also a prime.
