Hello, I'm needing to use the Gaussian quadrature rule on this function, but am confused as how to even start it, or what equation to use. All of the examples I could find are from -1 to 1 and my problem is from 0 to 2. Any help is greatly appreciated.

General equations for Gaussian quadrature is expressed for integration of f(x) from 'a' to 'b'.

Your textbook must have this forrmula.

My text book has a bunch of formulas, but its very unclear which one, or how to use it. E.g. how to calculate the weights, how to use different intervals, etc.

Of those bunch - chose one and tell us why did you choose that one (mathematical reason!).

By the way, what is the name of your textbook and who is the author ?
