I need help with this problem
Convert 423 to the 5th power base 5 to decimal , base 10
And how does that help solve the given diferential equation? To post a new question, go back to the main menu, go into the "arithmetic" section, and click on the "Post thread" button. [corrected]

I suppose you mean this: [MATH]\left(423_{five}\right)^5 = ?_{ten}[/MATH]
I would first convert [MATH]423_{five}[/MATH] to base 10, and then raise it to the fifth power, which I'd rather not do without a calculator, as it will have 11 digits.

Why do you need to do this?
