Hi,

I'm having trouble with this question:

You have three unique apples, and eight boxes. No two apples can be in the same box. In how many ways you place the apples?

The way I modeled this problem is...

8x7x6 = 336 possibilities

Is this correct?

… I modeled [as] … [8*7*6] … Is this correct? Totally, if we assume that all three apples must be boxed. 8-)
