Holmes needs 10% hydrochloric aced for a chemistry project. How much 5% acid should he mix with 60 mL of 20% acid to get a 10% solution.

This seems to me like a typical (10% of x) + (20% of 60) = [10% of (x + 60)], however this statement is completely false. I am not sure what approach to take so any help will be greatly appreciated.
