hi, i want to know how can i use the sample mean, sample standard deviation and histogram to help and get the approximate theoretical distribution of the data

i got the sample mean for 129.36 and sample standard deviation for 1.96 from the following data
Lap 2: 128,130,131,127,132,128
Lap 3: 129,133,132,129,129,131
Lap 4: 127,131,128,128,131,129
Lap 5: 129,124,128,130,131,133
Lap 6: 126,130,129,128,131,131
Lap 7: 130,129,127,128,129,130

does it mean the theoretical distribution is X~ N(129.36, 1.96)

Those are "estimates" of the population mean and standard deviation. They may be good estimates or bad estimates, and there are tests you can perform to determine how good they are as estimators. I would recommend reading about confidence intervals and hypothesis testing for more information. Here is a site to get you started:
