Hello again,
Can someone please tell me how I can approach solving this nonlinear homogenous ordinary differential equation yy" = 3x^(3)*y'. The solutions are y1 = 1 and y2 =x^4. I tried to see if I could reduce it to a separable equation by introducing a change of variable, y = xv. but I don't think I'm getting anywhere with that. If someone could tell me what method I could use or any other tips, I would appreciate it. Thank you, great forum btw.
P.S. How do you do the superscript when typing a message instead of using the ^ symbol.
