Non exact differential equation.pls help

Im reviewing these 3 examples
1) (4xy+3y²-x)dx +x(x+2y)dy=0
Can anyone show step by step solution by using inspection method
Ill already solve it by integrating factor

➡️ 4xydx+3y²dx-xdx + x²dy 2xydy=0
Im stuck here, third step where you group to form integrable combination

Are you saying that you have solved the above DE - using integrating factor?

What result did you get?
