approximate the critical number to a curve y=x^3-x using newton's method.
in the interval [0,1]

so i tried 0, used newton's method and got 0...

is that the answer? or am i totally doing this wrong? i missed the class where this was taught, so i kinda got the 5 minute cliffnote lesson from my buddy and don't know if i under stood it right...

thank you
