Hello, I am in need of some math help bad.

I have these problems and I don't even understand them:

2In x + In y - 3 In z

I am suppose to write the expression as a single logarithm.

Any help would be great. Thanks

Here is a hint, use the three properties of ln functions

a * ln(x) = ln(x^a)

and

ln(a) + ln(b) = ln(ab)

and

ln(a) - ln(b) = ln(a/b)

good luck.

You should have learned three things about logs long before calculus.

ln(a)+ln(b) = ln(a*b)
ln(a)-ln(b) = ln(a/b) and
a*ln(b) = ln(b^a)
