A local toy shop is making some large Kiko plushies. They took great care in designing the plushie's eyes:

The crosshairs are centered at the center of the eye. The black part of the eye is tangent to the edge of the eye, and the horizontal crosshair crosses 9 millimetres of the white part of the eye, and the vertical crosshair crosses 5 mm of the white part of the eye on both the top and bottom.

What is the area, in square millimetres, of the white part of the eye? Please round UP to the nearest whole number, and don't include any extra information or you run the risk of it being marked wrong. For example, if you calculate the answer to be 12.3 mm, simply submit 13 as your answer.

Neopets made quite clear (in Round 148) that they do not appreciate people posting the answers to the "Lenny Conundrum" puzzle contest before the contest closes:

Here's our problem. Whenever we post a Lenny Conundrum question, people solve it and then tell it to everyone else, thereby ruining it for the people that work hard to get the answer and the prize. It's unfair because some people spend a lot of time trying to solve it, and others don't do any work at all; they just get the answer from the Neoboards.

Therefore, to punish all of you, we're not telling you what the question is. You'll just have to guess the answer. Maybe that will teach you a lesson: don't spoil the Lenny Conundrum for others!

If you want to do the math, please show your work and reasoning. But please respect the math students and tutoring volunteers who are devoting their time to doing actual math. Your puzzle prize is something that you should do on your own.
