NEED HW HELP!! AAHHH!!!!

Math is sooooo hard to me. Here I am taking my 2nd & last math course to graduate from college....still struggling with it. It's about 10 questions I am completely lost in & the other 10 I got correct. So can someone help? Identifying the null hypothesis H0 & H1 in symbolic form?...whatever that mean!! hats 2 of the questions, i'll give you the others in a min.
