Can someone help me with numbers 16 and 17?

I would write an equation involving the two expressions, and solve to find x; then label various angles in the picture until you get to the ones asked for.

Please show your thinking so we can tell what help you need.

The two angles given as "3x" and "5x- 32" are "corresponding angles" in parallel lines so have the same measures. That is, 3x= 5x- 32. Solve that for x and, from that calculate the measures, 3x and 5x- 32 of those angles. angle PTU is the "supplement" of the angle labeled "5x- 32" and angle QTP is the PTU minus 90 degrees.
