I would start by:

Sec(45)Sec(45/2)Sec(45/4)......Sec(45/2n). = 1/[Cos(45)Cos(45/2)Cos(45/4)......Cos(45/2n).]
 
I am trying this problem since a long time.. I tried by that method but could not go far. So if anyone could give me a proper solution it would be really helpful
