?dx/((1-x^2)^1/2 sin^-1(x))
so far i got up to
?dx/(1-x^2)^1/2 dx + ?1/sin^-1 dx
sin^-1(x) + ?1/sin^-1x dx
sin^-1(x) + ln (sin^-1(x)

im not sure where i went wrong but the answer is ln(sin^-1(x) + c

Re: Need help with trig integration

\(\displaystyle \int\frac{1}{\sqrt{1-x^{2}}sin^{-1}(x)}dx\)

Let \(\displaystyle u=sin^{-1}(x), \;\ du=\frac{1}{\sqrt{1-x^{2}}}dx\)

and it falls into place.

so simple..... learning too many different ways to integrate is confusing me ><
