I don't need the answers. I am using these questions to prepare for a test I have tomorrow, but these are the only 4 that I do not understand at all. If anyone know how to explain it or give me a quick rundown. Thank you.

What is it you don't understand about the problems? For example, do you know what (1) actually says which is something like 'p is not true and q is true is logically equivalent to it is not the case that either p is true or q is not true'?

Well on question 1. I don't what all the symbols are trying to say. On number 3 I do not get how to get 3.828A. And 4 I just have no idea what it is trying to say.
