Ron, Kent, and Sharon assembled 734 newsletters. Ron could assemble 124 per hour, Sharon 132 per hour, and Kent 118 per hour. One morning the three worked a total of 6 hours. If Ron worked 2 hours, How long did Kent and Sharon work?

How many did Ron assemble in his two hours? (Hint: Multiply.)

How many were left for Kent and Sharon? (Hint: Subtract.)

If each of Sharon and Kent worked two hours each, how many would they have assembled? (Hint: Multiply; then add.)

What is the difference between this value and the amount actually left for Kent and Sharon? (Hint: Subtract.)

For every hour that Kent works instead of Sharon, what is the difference in how many are completed? (Hint: Subtract.)

So how many of Sharon's supposed two hours of work were actually worked by Kent?

Eliz.

P.S. I have no idea how you're supposed to do this using geometry!
