Since I don't know why you're stuck, I'll begin simply by offering some hints.
(1) You need to rearrange the equation so that all terms containing symbol p are on one side of the equation, with everything else on the other side (It does not matter which side you choose to collect the p-terms; either side will work)
(2) Once you've got all p-terms on one side, factor out the symbol p
(3) The last step is division
