How do I solve this
Sorry for bad English, the original assignment is in Swedish.

The amount of employees in a company, y people, is described by the function

y= 90x-10x^2 x is the number of years after 2015 and 1 ≤ x ≤ 6

a) How many employees are there in 2017?

b) In which year was the number of employees at its highest?

c) Resonate which year the number of employees is at its lowest.

a) What value of x represents 2017? Put that value into the function.
b) This is asking for the vertex (highest point) of a parabola. What methods have you learned for finding that?
c) Sketch a graph of the function over the specified domain, and think about where y is lowest.

I don't know what word you intended in place of "resonate"; the rest is well written!
